Download the free Warmee app, available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store. Create an account using your email and a password or by signing in with Google.
With the app, you can:
• Turn your Warmee product on and off
• Adjust your Warmee product’s timer and heat settings
• Integrate with your home’s Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant
First, hold down the power button on your Warmee product once it is plugged in and continue holding until lights flicker. The product can now be discovered by other devices.
Connect your mobile phone to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network and make sure you are in close range to your Warmee product.
Phone and Warmee product must be on the same 2.4 GHz WiFi network.
Click “+ Add More Products” and choose the type of product you purchased.
If WiFi is available and mobile phone is connected, it’s time to sync your product to the WiFi. To do this:
• Exit the Warmee app
• Open “Settings” on your phone and select “WiFi”
• Select your product from the list under “Networks” (name should start with a “W” for example: “WB2-45E4D4”) and wait until it appears in “WiFi” section
• Navigate back to the Warmee app and click “Done”
Enter your WiFi network password to complete the connection and name your product.
If you are planning to use the product with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, remember these tips:
• Short, clear names that are easy to say and exist in the English language are best
• If name is a proper noun, make sure it is phonetic
• Do not use punctuation or special characters like ‘& or @’
You should be able to manage all existing Warmee products from the main menu where you can control and monitor temperature and heat, and change product names.

Timer constraints
• 30 minute increments from 30 minutes to 10 hours
• 1 hour increments from 10 hours to 12 hours
All Warmee works with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
• Make sure the app is set up and synced with your Warmee Product

Once your product is connected to the internet, you are able to use Alexa or Google Assistant for voice enabled commands. For Alexa, you can search for Warmee in the skills and games section on your Alexa app. For Google Assistant, simply hit the gear icon and search Warmee on the top of the screen. For both, you can follow the directions to install RH Sleep as a connection.
First, navigate to your product in the product list. Make sure the time and heat are set as expected and that the product is on. If this is ok, then please make sure that wire cable connections to the product are properly secured.
Make sure that your product is plugged in securely. If that is ok, please check your home wifi to make certain that the wifi connection is working properly.
